From Points North: Take I-75 South across the river to Exit 198 Wales Rd. Turn left (East) onto Wales Rd. Turn right (South) onto Oregon Rd. Turn right (West) onto Caple Blvd. This is the second set of lights. Union hall and apprenticeship school on the north side of road.
